I am glad it helped! As you can see in my blog I haven't posted lately... I AM REALLY BUSY! LIKE A BEE! But have enjoyed my time with my son and husband as well.
I have two friends that gave birth recently. One week apart. They feel relieved that their adviser are very supportive. Both are taking classes this semester and their professors let them make up at their own pace.

This is a great and inspirational post....I am currently 4 mths pregnant and a 3rd yr PhD student. And, so far, I've already dealt with a lot of confusion on how will my family and my career make it from here on out. This post really gave me excellent insight on how it should and will happen. So sorry you were sick, Leyda! I had the swine flu a few weeks ago and it's nasty! The whole household expects Mom to just keep on trucking ... and cooking and doing laundry ... even when she feels like poop! ;0) Although I must say my hubby was a great help to me, too.

Yes, 9/11 was a day none of us will ever be able to forget. I was grocery shopping when I heard the news. One of the clerks told me what had happened. It was just surreal. Somehow eight years later, it still is.

I just pray that our nation never has to experience something so devastating again.
